The Renault team complains regarding Hamilton weaving

The Renault has lifted a point with F1 governing body the FIA over Lewis Hamilton's strategy even as shielding from Vitaly Petrov in Malaysia. The 2008 World Champion weaved in face of the Russian four times on the run to Turn 1, though two moves is the common maximum. Among Lewis having finally passed the Petrov, which ran extensive at Turn 15 on Lap 7, new boy Petrov proceeded to out-drag the Englishman although the McLaren cut across the bows of the Renault bow no less than four times.

We just raised our point of view, Renault F1 Team Principal Eric Boullier told Autos port after the race. Very frankly, it is very clear in the regulations that you can have one change of direction, so when you do three in a row something is wrong. He got a warning for dangerous driving but I am not sure it is enough. It is definitely clearly written in the regulations that you cannot do any more than one direction change and it is something you should not be doing.
