FIA Court: Mercedes and Pirelli tyre test row judgment to be declared by Friday


President, International Tribunal of the FIA, Edwin Glasgow QC says that, Formula 1 governing body court will made the final judgment to be declare by Friday over the Pirelli and Mercedes secret tyre test.

The four judiciary members are heard proof from the FIA, Mercedes and Pirelli in turn during the seven-hour session at the FIA's headquarters in Paris.

"You will have [the decision] by tomorrow," said Edwin Glasgow QC, Autosport reported.

"We will say nothing more than that now."

Formula One governing body FIA says that they are never granted official permission for Mercedes and Pirelli test and that the use of Mercedes' 2013 car, following Spanish Grand Prix.
