We are completed 2009 on a real high memo - our first still points, a podium and one place up in the Constructors' Championship, Mallya added, with Force India having beaten Toro Rosso to ninth overall in the final standings. That is sufficient in itself to set the bar much higher this season but we're actually determined to take it to the next level.
Normal points and the odd podium have got to be the aim and we know it is likely. I have a lot of confidence in the drivers and the technical staff; I think we've got into a very good beat together now. I have been very confident by the entire presentation, both at the track and at the factory. The testing times gave very positive headlines but it is very difficult to know where we are until we get to Bahrain. Surely, however, the first reports from the drivers are hopeful and when that happens it's worth an additional three to four tenths, if they feel happy and sure in the car that they can truly assault.
