Hamilton: I had a bit of a shocking race


Oct.09 - 2008 world champion Hamilton says that, it’s a shocking result in Japanese GP, but he is praised his team-mate performance, and he wants to keep working hard for remaining races.

Hamilton start the progress at the back Sebastian Vettel and Jenson Button on the grid,
But he gets an opportunity after the starting on P2 in front of Button at the first curve. Even as story has change in climax Button wins the race, Hamilton done for P5.

Hamilton acknowledge there's not much mistaken with the car and concedes he wants to "find pace from somewhere".

"I had a bit of a shocking race to be honest - but Jenson did a fantastic job which is great for the team," he told BBC Sport after the race.

"Congratulations to Sebastian [Vettel] too - we knew it was coming but he's had a perfect season.

"Personally, I just need to keep my head up and keep working hard. I think we have a better car now - Jenson has just shown that with a remarkable race - but I just didn't have any grip, I need to find some pace from somewhere."
