Red Bull Racing and Jaime Alguersuari made their own part of history at the weekend when the Spanish GP took to the beach in the Caribbean before parking the car on the streets of Santo Domingo, capital of the Dominican Republic.
The 20-year-old was later made a distinguished guest of the city by its council, having driven at speeds of 180 kilometers per hour on sand.
