Regardless of being only 4 races in to the season, Ferrari's race-seats are once more a hot matter. Among Alonso agreed until 2012 and having already declare one grand prix victory for the Scuderia, the double World Champ's place at Ferrari is guaranteed.
But, his team-mate massa is not.
Massa is out of agreement at the end of this season and while some reports claim it's only a matter of time before he puts pen to paper on a new deal, others saying that his seat is under danger from Robert Kubica refuse to die down.
Despite being in a car that cannot challenge the likes of Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull, Kubica has impressed during his time at Renault, claiming 40 points, just one point less than what Massa has managed to amass. Kubica has been so terrific that Renault may now have a battle to retain the Pole's services,' reports the protector.
It is unspoken Ferrari have the driver in mind if they decide not to re-sign Felipe Massa, who has been mostly unsatisfactory despite leading the Championship after three rounds.
