Hamilton perplexed by higher tyre degradation
The pole sitter Lewis Hamilton struggled too much in the race with higher tyre degradation issue. And his team-mate Nico Rosberg has also suffering in the entire race with same issue.
The Mercedes speedy struggled with error start, on the lap one after turn one he slipped back to third. Safety Car interruption helped him and strongly back-to the front finally finished fifth behind the Fernando Alonso. His team-mate Rosberg finished the race in ninth position.
"I have to hold myself back because I've got nothing positive to say about these tyres," Hamilton explained after the German GP.
"I don't understand why we struggled so much, but that's motor racing. The only positive is that we got some points out of it.
"It's a shame because the team is working so hard and doing such a good job. Clearly we've got a good car, but for some reason it just doesn't work on these tyres."
