Sauber: I'm working to my realities at the moment

Sauber F1 rookie Esteban Gutierrez still looking to get that window for best performance, following the seven races of his opening season not yet to score a single point and still out-qualified his team-mate Nico Hulkenberg (ex Force India speedy).

The Mexican says that his team Sauber satisfied with his performance, and he claims that at the moment is to work with the team to try to get to that window of performance.

"When you're fighting in the top 10, people look at you more and you show more, I'm not here to show the people what I can do, I'm just here to do what I want to achieve.” Gutierrez said.

"I'm working to my realities at the moment. My job at the moment is to work with the team to try to get to that window of performance. That's my focus and that's what I want to achieve not only to show that I can accomplish the results, but for ourselves."

"I've been feeling able and confident to push, and for me personally that's an improvement and a good step, I can understand what's happening with the car a lot more. Communication has been improving. The Mexican added.

"I think we are working in a very good direction and that's how we're going to make the next steps. In the next few races I think something good is coming."
