No legal issues in Red Bull RB8 - Horner

In 2012 F1 pre-season test some team’s hints the doubt over the 2012 RB8 car fully complies with regulations and pass all the checks FIA, but the Red Bull Racing’s team principal Christian Horner has no such worries.

Rule impose a basic part of the examination teams, FIA just makes sure that the essential restrictions are met, and otherwise there may be sanctions, including expulsion from the minutes of the race. 2012 RB8 passed all internal tests; Horner believes the rumours have raised merely the inevitable consequence of successful team.

Team Principal Christian Horner: "I would be disappointed if these conversations were not. We are confident that the machine is fully consistent with regulations and pass any test in Melbourne - do not waste time on useless experience.

The nature of F1 is that the team focuses on areas that can benefit. In the area of the exhaust system is not all worked out, the rules changed, so this direction is of particular interest. We really wanted to hold some solutions, but it is necessary that new items have been on the run-in tests. Always important is the balance between the development and functioning of solutions, I think we have been able to find it. Unfortunately, the final day of testing there was a nasty problem with the gearbox, but the day before we traveled a great distance with Mark Webber and pleased with what could be achieved. Now we all look forward to Australia. "
