Williams unveiled 2011 FW33 car full livery

Feb.24 - The Williams F1 team has revealed its complete livery for the upcoming season, with Rubens Barrichello and Pastor Maldonado having used an interim color scheme in pre-season testing. In agreement with new sponsor PDVSA, this year’s car is chiefly white but with sparkle of dark blue.


It’s presented at the Williams factory in Grove, Oxfordshire, fans’ immediate response via Twitter associated the car with the Rothmans-sponsored Williams who celebrated World Championship successes in 1996 and 1997. For 2011, Barrichello remains with the team for a second consecutive term although fellow South American Maldonado joins as GP2 Champion, replacing predecessor Nico Hülkenberg in the process as the German moves to a Force India reserve seat.
