Three-World Champions on podium: since 1991

Ferrari will use KERS during 2011 Season | FIA make clear rules after Hamilton's qualifying...

Three World Champions safe finish on Formula 1 podium even though that's what occurs on Sunday as Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso made the podium in Canadian Grand Prix.

The last time that result come out, one more North American race as Ayrton Senna led home Alain Prost and Nélson Piquet in the 1991 Formula season-opening event in Phoenix. The truth that it was a McLaren on the top step on that event therefore seems appropriate, when considering yesterday's classification.

Sunday noticeable McLaren's 11th victory in the Canadian Grand Prix, more than any other team in the country which was first visited by F1 at Mosport Park in 1967.
