An outstanding tyre gamble by McLaren saw Lewis Hamilton claim his second victory in Canadian Grand Prix. His second win in three visits to Montreal. His team mate Jenson Button claimed a strong second position, creation it a McLaren 1-2 in as many races so far this season. Fernando Alonso had a fine race to finish third for Ferrari after a unsatisfactory Turkish Grand Prix.
