Fernando Alonso here is not anything as well but winning the championship with Ferrari 2010 season. He is looking third title in Formula 1 and strong minded to get it in this season. Alonso said during a meeting with the press on Thursday he is only focused on winning races and eventually the championship this year.
My only goal is to win the championship, and to score points on Sunday afternoons. I'm not going to worry about whatever thing other than that at all, Alonso was quoted by AFP. So I don't care to worry about Saturdays, or pole position, or qualifying or other things. All that matters for me is Sunday and the championship. When I am in the car that is all I am thinking of -- to win the race or to score points and to win the championship.
Alonso is captivating the Formula 1 championship following winning the primary race in Bahrain GP and completing fourth at last weekend's Australian GP. Not something he predictable in front of the season he acknowledge. I positively didn't think I would be leading the championship after two races and this situation is way more than I had expected.
