Ross Brawn: Mercedes not competitive sufficient

Mercedes GP team boss Ross Brawn the team is not aggressive adequate to fight for the F1 championship. The Briton is sensible as he looks ahead to Melbourne as he confess there the team has work to do in order to close the gap to the best. The team did a excellent job in Sakhir but we believe that we were not gung ho enough and that we have work to do to close the gap to the leaders, Brawn said. I was very satisfied with the performance of Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher and the way that they worked together to provide clear and reliable feedback to develop the car over the weekend.

At the same time as our car is basically powerful, we have an upgrading plan in place for the next few races which should bring the necessary performance upgrading to compete at the front. Appearing ahead to the next two races, the Australian GP is forever a well-liked race with the teams and the fans so we expect to see a more thrilling race at Albert Park next weekend.
